We begin with a no-cost, independent audit of your SAP B1 environment. Design — Transition & Rescue Plan
Based on the Health Check findings, we design a tailored Transition & Rescue Plan. For partner change engagements, this covers: SAP partner registration transfer timeline, immediate priority issue resolution, knowledge transfer requirements, and a 90-day stabilisation roadmap. For rescue projects, it covers: root-cause analysis of the stalled implementation, revised scope and configuration requirements, data remediation strategy, and a go-live recovery plan with realistic timeline and budget estimate.
Build — Stabilisation & Handover
We execute the plan. For partner changes: we complete the SAP formal partner transfer, resolve critical outstanding issues, configure any incorrectly set-up modules or add-ons, and transition your system to a ThynkProcess support plan. For rescue projects: we configure, test, and deploy the corrected SAP B1 environment — with data migration validation, integration testing (SAP BTP, Salesforce, FocusPoint), user retraining, and a structured go-live and hypercare period.
